We offer:

The joint venture AES combines the advantages of our two parent groups Safran Electronics & Defense and MTU Aero Engines with the benefits and flexibility of a mediumsized company with around 120 employees from about 20 different nationalities. Through our extensive advanced training provision, we invest in the professional and personal development of each of our employees.

As a tariff-bound company we pay attractive salaries and also offer a range of additional benefits that are tailored to the different needs of our employees. For us, this means, for example, ensuring the compatibility of family and career in our company through measures such as very flexible work schedules or keeping our pension scheme up to date.

If you want to work in an international, dynamic environment with a positive and pleasant working atmosphere and a very good team spirit, flat hierarchies, modern offices in a central and great location at Hirschgarten (park with beer garden), numerous restaurants and shops as well as an excellent connection to public transport (S-Bahn, Bus & Tram), please send us your complete application.
